The unique low temperature thermoplastic material...
3D-Lite™ is an innovative, airy, lightweight and rigid low temperature thermoplastic splinting and bracing material. Well suited for fracture bracing, you can fabricate a humeral brace in just 30 minutes (after some practice).

Specifications:
- Coated polyester web (Polycaprolactone)
- Working water temperature must be approximately 70°C (160°F)
- Available in three thicknesses: 3mm, 5mm and 7mm
- Heating time: 2 minutes
- Working time: 2–3 minutes
- Cooling time: 4–15 minutes
- Load bearing time: 10–20 minutes
Indications:
- Custom bracing
Contraindications:
- Extreme weight bearing applications
- Exposure to temperatures exceeding 60°C (140°F) (eg: leaving brace in trunk of car on hot summer day)
