The Anterior Closure Hinged Knee Support uses a polyester sleeve with a HyPUR-cel® core for maximum breathability and support. Extra stabilization is offered with two removable polycentric hinges and a 180 degree stop. The perforated wraparound design with a hook-and loop anterior closure is built for ease in application and breathability. Its open patella reduces pressure on the kneecap.
